It has been my long-cherished dream and earnest desire to contribute to the nation's development and bring about social transformation through education. An initiative usually starts from an inchoate thought, sometimes just through a feeling. That inner feeling made me take the first initiative in the form of Disha Institute of Science and Technology & Disha Institute of Pharmacy.
By building people, we build society. By building leaders, we build the nation's technology, economy & pharmacy. Technical & Pharma education are, in effect, the nation's service. We place major emphasis on the continuous improvement of our pupil, not only in the sphere of academia, but also in their leadership traits. So much so that they are geared to deliver sustained value to their employers when they are placed after their successful completion of the courses.
The overwhelming response received from the students and the society germinated the idea of setting up a full-fledged college, offering a wide range of professional courses.
I welcome the youth and look forward to our venture of preparing them for nation-building.
